How do I schedule shifts with no coverage gap?

Define each site's posts with the required schedule. The system automatically checks legal rest hours and overlaps, and the dispatcher gets an alert hours ahead if an interval is left uncovered.

How do checkpoint patrols work?

Place QR or NFC checkpoints along the patrol route. The guard scans on pass-through, and the system logs the time and location. If a checkpoint isn't scanned in time, the dispatcher gets an automatic alert.

How do I report an incident to the client?

The guard opens the incident from the field app, with a description and photos. Urgent incidents are automatically escalated to the manager and, if warranted, to the client — with no need to wait for the end-of-shift report.

How are contracts linked to the shift roster?
