Patrols and checkpoints
Define patrol routes and checkpoints for every site, and guards confirm each pass by scanning, with proof of rounds for the client.
Scannable checkpoints
Every checkpoint has its own QR or NFC tag — the guard scans it on pass-through, with time and geolocation logged automatically.
Configurable patrol routes
Define the order and required interval between checkpoints, different for day and night if needed.
Missed-round alerts
Automatic notification to the dispatcher when a checkpoint isn't scanned within the set interval.
How it works
You place physical checkpoints (QR or NFC tags) along the site's patrol route. The guard scans each point from the field app on pass-through — the system logs the time, location and guard. If a checkpoint isn't scanned within the scheduled window, the dispatcher gets an immediate alert.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if a guard skips a checkpoint?
The dispatcher gets an automatic alert, and the event stays logged in the site's patrol report, verifiable by the client.
Can I send the client proof of completed rounds?
Yes, export a patrol report with every confirmed scan, generated automatically for any date range.
