Incident reports
The guard logs an incident directly from the field, with photos and a description, and the dispatcher escalates and sends the report to the client in a standard format.
Field reporting
The guard fills in the incident from their phone — type, description, photos, people involved — at the moment it happens.
Automatic escalation
Incidents flagged as urgent send an immediate notification to the dispatcher and site manager.
Standard client format
Every report is generated in a consistent format, ready to send to the client or attach to the site file.
How it works
The guard opens an incident from the app, picks the type (break-in, false alarm, conflict, technical fault, etc.), adds a description and photos. The incident is immediately visible to the dispatcher, who can escalate to a manager or client. Every site keeps a complete history, also useful for regulatory reporting.
