Client contracts

Contracts

Client contracts

Every guarded site has its own contract, with value, period, contracted hours and hourly rate — and, from the Pro plan, the client's billing basis starts from it.

Per-site contract

Value, period, contracted hours and hourly rate, attached directly to the site in the platform.

Activation and termination

A contract is activated when the service starts and terminated when it ends, and its status stays visible in the list.

Expiring contracts list

The list shows the contracts whose period ends within the window you configure. You open it yourself; no notification is sent.

How it works

You create a site's contract with its value, period, contracted hours and hourly rate. You activate it when the service starts and terminate it when it ends. From the Pro plan, the billing basis compares contracted hours with worked hours and applies the contract's hourly rate; a contract past its end date drops out of the calculation. The expiring contracts list opens from the panel, with the time window you configure.

Frequently asked questions

How is the contract tied to shifts and billing?

The contract carries the value, the contracted hours and the hourly rate; from the Pro plan, the billing basis compares contracted hours with worked hours and applies the contract's hourly rate. Shifts are planned separately, per site.

Can I track all active contracts?

Yes, from a list showing each contract's status (active or terminated), value and period, plus the list of those expiring within the configured window.
