Guard shift scheduling
Build the shift roster for every guard across every site, check daily rest between shifts (from the Plus plan) and see which posts are left uncovered.
Per-site roster
Plan shifts on each site, with the number of posts required per interval, and see the site's roster in the panel.
Coverage report
For a site and a time window, the report lists the intervals with fewer guards planned than posts required; shifts with no named guard are listed separately.
Rest-hour check
From the Plus plan, saving checks overlaps, daily rest and maximum shift length; hours worked over 7 days only trigger a warning. Weekly rest is not checked. Going ahead is confirmed separately in the panel.
How it works
Define the sites and the posts required per interval, then plan guards onto shifts. From the Plus plan, saving checks overlaps, daily rest (12 hours by default) and maximum shift length (12 hours by default); exceeding the hours worked over the last 7 days (48 by default) is only flagged and never blocks. Weekly rest is not checked, and an optional setting compares the attestation date you typed in with the shift start. The thresholds are configured in the company settings; the check is a planning aid, not legal advice. The coverage report lists the intervals left without a guard, and shifts with no named guard are listed separately. Planning is done in the web panel; there is no guard app.
Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule shifts for multiple sites at once?
Yes. Every site has its own post roster; the number of sites and users depends on the plan you choose.
How do I know if a post is left uncovered?
Open the coverage report for the site and time window: it lists the intervals with fewer guards planned than posts required, and shifts with no named guard are listed separately. No alert is sent, so check it before the shifts start.
