Guard dispatch
Follow the shifts running right now from a single dispatch board — who is checked in at the post, who is late and which post has no named guard.
Dispatch board
The shifts running right now, who is checked in at the post, who is late and which post has no named guard, in one panel.
Check-in from the panel
Check-in and check-out at the post are recorded from the panel, and the board immediately shows who is on post and who is late.
Event journal
The text of an entry is never edited, and a follow-up is recorded as a “resolution”. Administrators, managers and owners can delete entries.
How it works
The dispatcher opens the dispatch board and sees the shifts in progress: who has checked in, who is late and which post has no named guard. Check-in and check-out are recorded from the panel. Events such as an emergency or an absence are noted in the journal; the text of an entry is never edited and its follow-up is recorded as a resolution, but administrators, managers and owners can delete entries. 4guards does not send notifications to guards and does not show their location: the dispatcher contacts them through the company's own channels.
Frequently asked questions
What does the dispatcher see on the dispatch board?
The shifts running right now, with who is checked in at the post, who is late and which posts have no named guard.
What happens when a guard doesn't show up for a shift?
The board shows the guard as late, and a post with no named guard is listed separately. No automatic alert is sent: the dispatcher opens the board, sees the situation and records the event in the journal.
