Incident reports
Log incidents with category, severity and description, follow their escalation status and closure, and see the per-site history and statistics.
Incident report
Record the incident in the panel: category, severity, description and status, with a per-site history.
Escalation status
Mark the incident's escalation status, close it or reopen it. Nothing is sent automatically to the dispatcher, manager or client.
Incident statistics
Statistics help you see which incidents come up most often. You pass the client report on yourself; it is not sent automatically.
How it works
Open an incident from the panel, pick the category and severity, and add the description. You can set its status and escalation status, close it when done and reopen it if needed. The history is kept per site, and statistics show how incidents evolve. There is no image upload in an incident and no field app, and 4guards sends nothing automatically to the client, manager or dispatcher.
Frequently asked questions
What does an incident report contain?
The category, severity, description, status and escalation status, with a per-site history. The report has no image upload or display and is filled in from the web panel.
Does the client receive incident reports automatically?
No. 4guards does not send incidents to the client and has no page where the client can view them; you decide what to pass on.
