Equipment management

Keep track of the company equipment issued to guards (from the Pro plan), with handover and return recorded with name, date and time and a list of items with service due.

Equipment inventory

Company equipment is registered as items in the inventory and handed over to guards.

Recorded handover

Handing over and returning an item is recorded through a written confirmation with name, date and time, per guard, so it is clear who holds it.

Service-due list

The list shows the items with service or inspection due. You open it from the panel; no notification is sent.

How it works

From the Pro plan you register the company's equipment and hand it over to guards; handover and return are recorded with name, date and time (a text confirmation, not an electronic signature). For items with periodic servicing, the service-due list shows what needs checking, and the review dates are mirrored as deadlines in the ecosystem's shared service. There is no automatic alert: the list opens from the panel.

Frequently asked questions

Can I track who currently has a specific item?

Yes, every handover and return is recorded per guard, so you see who holds the item from the recorded handovers. 4guards does not locate equipment.

Do I get an alert when an item needs servicing?

Not automatically. The service-due list shows items whose servicing is due or overdue, and you open it from the panel. 4guards does not send SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail on its own.
