Recurring billing

From the Pro plan, calculate for each calendar month and contract the billing basis — contracted versus worked hours at the contract's hourly rate — and export it as CSV for 4invoices.net.

Per-contract billing basis

For each month and contract, the system calculates the basis: contracted and worked hours at the contract's hourly rate, plus overtime and night premium.

Run with statuses

A month's basis is fixed in a run, which goes through the draft, confirmed and exported statuses.

CSV export for 4invoices.net

Export the basis as CSV (semicolon-separated) and use it to issue the invoice in 4invoices.net. 4guards does not issue invoices, and the transfer is not automatic.

How it works

At the end of the calendar month you calculate the basis for each contract: contracted and worked hours, the contract's hourly rate, overtime and night premium. Shift or site rates are not used, the billing cycle, notice and auto-renew fields on the contract are informational only, and a contract past its end date drops out of the calculation. The basis is fixed in a run and exported as CSV. The invoice itself — series, number, fiscal document — is issued in 4invoices.net; 4guards does not issue invoices and does not transfer the data automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Does billing account for actual hours worked?

Yes, the basis compares worked hours with contracted hours for each contract and calendar month, then applies the contract's hourly rate, overtime and night premium.

Does 4guards issue the invoices?

No. 4guards calculates and exports the billing basis; the fiscal document, series and number belong to 4invoices.net, where you issue the invoice. The transfer is not automatic.
